During my internship at Cushman & Wakefield in South Florida, I played a crucial role in streamlining tenant data management across Miami's submarkets. I developed and maintained a comprehensive tenant database, tracking key information for over 1,200 tenants, including lease expirations. This database was vital for enabling the team to strategically assist tenants with lease negotiations, relocations, and other critical decisions.

Recognizing inefficiencies in the manual data entry process—which required 2-5 days per building—I conducted a thorough analysis of potential solutions. I evaluated options ranging from outsourcing and external data services to cutting-edge AI platforms. Based on my findings, I proposed and successfully integrated ChatGPT into our data management workflow. This technological solution significantly improved both efficiency and accuracy, reducing the time spent on data entry while ensuring precise, up-to-date information for the tenant and landlord teams to utilize.
