As the Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Palmer Trinity School, I had the privilege of working with and mentoring young athletes as they develop their skills and grow both on and off the field. This role is a passion project for me, and I was honored to be part of such a dynamic and dedicated coaching staff.

Taking this role while pursuing online classes at Mount Holyoke College during the Covid-19 pandemic has been a unique and rewarding experience. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, I was able to use my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on the lives of the student-athletes. Whether through individualized training plans or game strategy sessions, I was and continue to be committed to helping each and every player reach their full potential.

At Palmer Trinity School, I was responsible for working with players to refine their skills and game sense, and I also assist in developing and implementing training programs and game plans. I collaborated closely with the head coach and other assistants to ensure that our team was well-prepared for each and every competition.

I am proud of the impact that I have made on the lives of our student-athletes. Whether through individualized coaching or team-building activities, I loved helping the players develop into well-rounded and successful individuals.
