KENYA RHINO CONVERANCY
Volunteer
JULY 2019
During the summer of 2019, I embarked on a meaningful journey, blending adventure with conservation efforts. While on a family safari through the stunning landscapes of Kenya and Tanzania, I dedicated a day to volunteer for a significant cause: rhino conservation. This wasn't just any sightseeing venture; it was a field study that offered firsthand experience in the world of wildlife preservation.

With the sun rising, casting a golden hue over the vast savannah, I joined forces with the dedicated anti-poaching task force. Together, we scoured the terrains, keeping a vigilant eye out for the majestic black and white rhinos. It was awe-inspiring to be in such close proximity to these magnificent creatures, understanding the dire need for their protection.

Throughout the day, every sighting was meticulously recorded, contributing to essential data that aids in their conservation. These rhinos, with their powerful presence and gentle eyes, are not just beautiful; they are a symbol of nature's wonders now endangered by human actions.
